The Black Men Run mission statement is to encourage health and wellness among African American men by promoting a culture of running/jogging to stay fit resulting in “A Healthy Brotherhood”. It is an independent running group focused on the mission to promote a healthy lifestyle among African American males through participation in recreational running activities.
Recently, Jason L. Russell of Black Men Run was on our show.
