Black Canada Talking™ is a live online event that provides Black Canadians opportunity to give their takes and POVs on stories that are of importance to them.
A Black Canadians Civil Society Coalition, who attended and participated in the first UN session on the Permanent Forum for People of African Descent (UNPFPAD), in Geneva on December 05 – 08, 2022, have contributed to policy recommendations towards achieving the full human rights for people of African descent in Canada. The coalition will be attending the 2nd UNPFPAD in New York on May 30 – June 2, 2023 to share their policy recommendations and work with others to promote and protect the critical objectives of the UN International Decade for People of African Descent (UNDPAD).
Dr. Vibe™ will be having a conversation about the Permanent Forum with Cesar Ndema Moussa and special guests Hodan Ahmed, UN Fellow and Richard Sharpe.
