Bill Banham has had quite a journey.
At twenty-seven years old, he became President and CEO of Virgin Records Canada. During his first year as President and CEO of Virgin Records Canada, sales grew from $14M to $40M.
He has had the courage to build his own consulting company; exposing him to new learning opportunities outside of his comfort zone.

He ‘started at the bottom’ at age eighteen working in the warehouse of Warner Brothers Music Canada and he not stopped growing since.
