Black Americans need to be truly be proud of the contributions of they have made in every aspect of American society. African Americans, despite their history of oppression and exclusion, remain committed to America. They must acknowledge and respect their contributions to America, but at the same time, they must also come to terms with the inequalities that still exist in our society. America must never forget.
