I discovered some great books here. Thanks so much for sharing these recommendations.
I think you would really appreciate a recently published leadership book from Arthur Coombs called ‘Don’t Just Manage, Lead’.
I have read countless leadership and management books over the years but this one just felt so much more real and sincere. Arthur Coombs uses excellent story telling to offer invaluable insight and education on what it takes to become a truly great leader. One of the few books I have ever given a second read. I can’t recommend it highly enough. It;s a rare gem among a crowded genre.
